A “Private Transfer” is a non-shared service. When you book a Private Transfer there is no waiting for other passenger or making stops to drop off other passengers that are not part of your group.
We have vehicles available from 4 passengers up to 27 passengers. When you make your booking specify how many people are in your group and the adequate size vehicle will be waiting for you at the airport (Book Now).
Keep calm, you are on vacation and we will be waiting for you. In the rare event that your driver is not waiting for you, please (contact us) and we will get you situated with your driver. We have personnel and vehicles available at the airport for the arrival of your flight.
We monitor the arrival of your flight; you don’t need to worry about early arrival and late arrival. We have calculated the estimated the time (15-60 Minutes) that it takes to pick up luggage and go through customs. Your driver will be waiting for you with your name on a banner. If you discover that your luggage has gone missing, you should inform us as soon as possible by using the phone number shown on the voucher or ask permission to go outside and let the driver know of your problem and that you have arrived at the airport and still require the transfer. If you have booked a Private Transfer from the airport, the driver will wait up to a maximum of 90 minutes after the flight arrival time. If you have not contacted the driver (or us) within these time limits, the driver can leave the airport without waiting any further. Failing to inform us will be regarded as a “NO-SHOW” and the transfer fee will be deducted from your credit card.
Each passenger has an allowance of 1 big suitcase and 1 hand luggage without any weight limit. Extra-large luggage – if notified to us in advance when making your reservation – will be transported but you should inform us of the exact amount. In ‘shared transfers’, an extra luggage fee might be charge in the price.
